Surfing.
Surfing is a sport that usually takes place on the high waves. This exercise is done by using a board as a tool to maneuver on the waves. The board will move with the use of the waves below and steered him a surfer. Adrenaline will be encouraged because of pressure to steer a surfboard while maintaining balance. History.
