Kempo after the Second World War.
Shorinji Kempo was developed in Japan after the Second World War usainya. Starting from a young Japanese named Doshin So. In 1928 Doshin sent to China in the Japanese army expeditionary force into Manchuria. Because he does not agree with the ways the Japanese occupation, then fled from the army and wander in mainland China.In his wanderings he met a Buddhist monk and eventually he was taken to Siaw Liem Sie Temple, which has been repaired by Taishi Dharma successors. In this temple Doshin So Shorinji Kempo studied directly under the care of professor (Sihang) 20th namely 'Wen Tay Sun. Because of his faithfulness and perfect mastery of the Shorinji Kempo, Doshin So then believed to be the Grand Master of the 21st and he obtained permission to leave the temple Shorinji to continue teaching in mainland Japan.
In 1945, Doshin So returned to Japan and opened the dojo (training place) separately. He chose Tadotsu city, which is located in the province on the island of Shikoku Kagawa. Currently known as the world's center of Shorinji Kempo.

Shorinji Kempo in Indonesian history.
Since late 1959, the Japanese government receives Indonesian students and youth to learn and practice as a form of payment of war reparations.
